Chance Sixma is the owner of Castle Christmas Lights and its parent company, Castle Clean & Seal, a family-run home services business based in Deltona, Florida. He designs the displays and writes these guides from what he and his crew see on real installs across Volusia, Seminole and Orange County: tile roofs, salt air, HOA reviews and all.
What Chance does at Castle
Castle Christmas Lights is a full-service seasonal rental: we design the display, hang commercial-grade LED lights we own, fix anything that goes out for free all season, take it all down in January and store it at our facility. Chance owns the company and its parent, Castle Clean & Seal, and the guides on this site come from the questions homeowners and property managers actually ask him while he is quoting and designing displays.
Quotes start with a photo of the house or a satellite view, not a sales visit. The roofline is measured, a mockup shows where the lights will go, and the price is settled before anyone climbs a ladder. If you want to see how that works for your home, the quote form takes about a minute, and the pricing page shows the real ranges.
