Commercial holiday light installation for HOA entrances, shopping plazas, restaurants, churches, office parks and managed properties across Central Florida — designed, installed, maintained and removed by one insured crew.
Who we light
- HOA and community entrances — monument signs, entry palms and gatehouses, approved once by the board and repeated every year.
- Shopping plazas and storefronts — rooflines and parapets that make the whole center look open for the season.
- Restaurants and hospitality — patios, string-lit dining areas and entry trees that photograph well.
- Churches and schools — rooflines, steeples where safe, and the trees along the approach.
- Office parks and property managers — multi-building programs on a single proposal and invoice.
Why businesses hire a professional installer
A commercial display has to go up on schedule, look uniform from the street and stay lit for two months without anyone on staff climbing a ladder. That's the whole job. Castle supplies commercial-grade LED lights, installs on lifts and ladders rated for the height, puts everything on timers and comes back free for any outage during the season. When the season ends, we remove it all — earlier than our residential January window if the property needs it — and store it labeled for next year.
Multi-year agreements
Most commercial customers want the same look every year without re-bidding it. We design once, store the layout and the lights, and return each fall on a standing schedule. Multi-year agreements lock the design, the install week and the pricing, which makes budgeting easy for boards and management companies.
Insurance and paperwork
We carry a $2 million commercial and residential liability policy and workers' compensation for every crew member, and we'll provide a certificate of insurance for your file. Proposals spell out scope, install week, removal window and payment terms; the standard rental and installation contract applies unless your property requires its own.
Commercial pricing
Commercial properties are measured and quoted individually — square footage of roofline, height, number of trees and access all change the number, so the residential ranges on our pricing page don't apply. Send the property address and what you'd like lit and we'll come out, measure and write a proposal.
What a commercial proposal includes
- Scope by element: which rooflines, parapets, entry features, trees and walkways are lit, with a marked-up photo or drawing.
- Schedule: the install week, working hours that avoid your traffic, and the removal window.
- Equipment: commercial-grade LED lights, clips, timers and power plan — all supplied, maintained and removed by us.
- Service: free outage response through the season, with a contact number your manager can call.
- Terms: deposit, balance and, for multi-year agreements, the locked pricing and standing install week.
- Insurance: a certificate of insurance for the property file.
Timeline for businesses
Commercial calendars fill earlier than residential ones because plazas and communities want lights on for the full shopping season. Proposals requested in September are usually installed in the first half of October; requests after Thanksgiving are fitted in where the schedule allows. If your property has a lighting-ceremony date or a board meeting that needs the proposal first, tell us and we'll work backward from it.

For plazas and restaurants we schedule around your traffic — early mornings before opening are typical. Tell us your constraints in the proposal request and we'll build the schedule around them.
Yes — a $2 million commercial and residential liability policy plus workers' compensation coverage, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
For commercial properties we can schedule earlier removal when the property needs it — just ask when we quote. Residential takedown runs January 1–21.
